Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao said to Press Conference that he requested to inspect Antonio Margarito's dressing room on the fight night to ensure that Margarito can't use his illegal bandage/wraps in his hand during the fight. It is known to all that 19 months ago, Margarito uses a illegal wraps in his fight with Shane Mosley in Staples Center Arena.
Pacquiao didn't believed in Margarito's alibi, "He is the one who wraps his hands and he doesn't know what is in there?" Pacquiao asked. "Of course he knows. What do you think? My belief is he knows that" Pacquiao said during the Press Conference. Pacquiao also said to allow two member of his team to inspect to watch how Margarito's team will put a bandage to his hands.
Margarito's though smiling answer the request of his opponent Manny Pacquiao. He said during the interview that "Everything that happened is now in the past" Manny can come watch himself if he needs to I do not have a problem with that. I could have Freddie Roach do the wrapping. I don't do anything illegal.
